JPG, PNG or HEIC. Phone photos are fine for everything up to 8x10"; for larger wall art we recommend 2,000px on the long edge or more. The editor warns you if a photo is too small for the size chosen.

Ordered as a Diwali surprise. The packaging looked gift-ready so I didn't even wrap it.
Megha JoshiHyderabadVerified purchase· 10 Feb 2026 - Great gift
Gave this to my brother for their retirement and they loved it. Will be ordering again for Diwali.
Isha DasThaneVerified purchase· 17 Jul 2026 - Pet tag is engraved deep
The engraving is deep and legible. Our dog has dragged it through everything and it's still readable.
Vikram BoseDehradun· 27 Jun 2026 - Decent, photo could be sharper
The product itself is nice. My photo was a WhatsApp forward so it came out slightly soft — my fault, the editor did warn me.
