JPG, PNG or HEIC. Phone photos are fine for everything up to 8x10"; for larger wall art we recommend 2,000px on the long edge or more. The editor warns you if a photo is too small for the size chosen.

Customer reviews
- Photos look professional
I'm not a photographer, just phone photos, and they still look like a studio made them.
Suresh MenonKochiVerified purchase· 8x8"· 12 Aug 2026 - Canvas texture is lovely
Gallery-wrapped properly, no visible staples, edges are clean. The matte canvas hides phone-photo noise nicely.
Manish NairGoaVerified purchase· 12x16"· 5 Jun 2026 - Arrived with a scuff
Print quality was good but the corner had a scuff from transit. Support sent a replacement within a week, so bumping to two stars for the hassle only.
Priya J.IndoreVerified purchase· 12x16"· 5 May 2026 - Decent, photo could be sharper
The product itself is nice. My photo was a WhatsApp forward so it came out slightly soft — my fault, the editor did warn me.
Aarti DasPuneVerified purchase· 16x20"· 15 Aug 2026 - Exactly like the preview
What I saw on screen is what arrived. Colours are accurate and the print is sharp even on a phone photo.
Lakshmi DasCoimbatoreVerified purchase· 8x8"· 29 May 2026 - Acrylic print is stunning
The colours are glossy and deep, and the floating mount makes it look like a gallery piece. Visitors always ask about it.
